The Execution Time is what time of the day the email notification should be sent. The Recurrency field is how often the email notification should be sent. The Duration field is how long the email notification should be sent.
In the example Email Notification above, this email will be sent every week at 8:00 AM and the last email notification will be sent on 12/30/2016.
