To trigger the index in the Workbench, go to the Workbench tab, where you'll see the Rebuild Index button:
Immediately after, the following message in green will be displayed temporarily:
When the index has completed, you'll see the highlighted notification displayed at the top:
You should also see the timestamp and count reflected in the Indexing Status widget on the Home tab:
