As internal users test and troubleshoot on your site, inaccurate data may be gathered and used in reports. You have the ability to block internal IP addresses, so that when someone from these IP addresses perform actions on the site, they will not be reflected in the reporting feature. To access this list of Blocked IP addresses Navigate to "Admin" in top nav of the workbench. Select "Blocked IPs" from left nav. You can enter as many IP addresses that you need, just be sure to separate with commas. If you would like to delete an IP address from the list, click the "x" in the blue box around the address you want to get rid of. Bots are excluded from all Hawk reports. If you are seeing keywords that appear to be from bots, please submit a ticket and pass some keyword examples along so that our technical team can track the IP addresses for these unexpected keywords.
