Overview

With this report you will be able to view the number of clicks on Auto-Complete.

Navigating to the Auto-complete Clicks - Summary Report

 

  1. To navigate to the Auto-complete Clicks - Summary Report Page, click on "Reports" from the top navigation.
  2. Next, you can either select "Auto-complete Clicks - Summary Report " from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Auto-complete Clicks - Summary Report Page

Customizing the Auto-complete Clicks Report

  1. Date: select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop-down. Additionally, you can select the option for "other" and then specify a customized date campaign. This last option is helpful for creating reports organized around time sensitive campaigns.
  2. Labels: Use the dropdown menu to display labels inside the chart, outside the chart, or disable labels
  3. Show Legend: Toggle whether to display the legend.
  4. Suggestion Type: This field will filter the results by Popular, Category, Product, Content, of All records.
  5. Donut Radius: Adjust this to customize the look of any donut chart by adjusting the donut radius. The larger the percentage you choose, the larger the hole will appear on your chart.
  6. Width: Adjusting the width of the report, determines how wide your chart will be when it is rendered on the page.
  7. Chart Type: Specify donut or pie type. They are functionally the same, but the donut chart provides a different graphical representation by including a hole in the middle.
  8. Color Theme: Style reports with different color schemes, making them more attractive and professional to your liking
  9. Height: Select a chart height from the preset values.

Additional Options

After you have made your selections to customize your report, you will have these additional options.

  1. Search: Clicking the "Search" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications. 
  2. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.
  3. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.
  4. Add to Dashboard: Click this button to add a widget of this report to the Dashboard. You will have the options to add to any tabs that you have created on the Dashboard.

Understanding Your Report

Auto-complete Clicks - Summary Report reflects the activity of users in the auto-complete content.

  • Keyword: the term (or partial term) that was keyed in search box before selecting something in auto-complete
  • Name: name of what was selected (category name, product name, content name, or popular search term)
  • Type: indicates if the value selected was a category, product, content, or popular search term
  • Clicks: number of times the combination of keyword and selection happened in auto-complete


  • No labels
