Do I need to include the plural terms within synonym entries?

Yes, the plural form of the entry should also be included when creating Synonyms. 

 For example, if a multi-way synonym entry is added for "wagon" and "cart," then the plural forms should be added as well:

Note: Synonym entries are not case-sensitive, so capitalized entries do not need to be added.
