Bulk Upload Synonyms

Please do not create a new file from scratch. Please download the template file provided on the dashboard and edit it.

 

The "Synonym Bulk Load" page allows you to save time by uploading multiple synonyms as once, rather than entering them one by one.

  1. To navigate to the Synonym Bulk Load page, click on the "Workbench" tab in the top navigation bar.

  2. Next, click on the "Keyword Search" link in the left navigation and choose "Synonyms" from the menu. You will then be taken to the Synonym Administration page.

  3. Select the "Bulk Load" tab at the top of the page.

  4. Download the template

  5. After adding your synonyms to the template, upload the file

  6. Select "Continue".

  7. Confirm that your file had been uploaded properly and select "Import Synonyms".

 

Before new synonyms will be in effect, a new index must be created.
