What is my indexing status?
Check your index status on your workbench. From the home page, you can check the Indexing widget for a summary of indexing and index-related operations.
The status is one of the following:Â
Success:Â
The latest index has been rebuilt successfully.Â
New:Â
A new index rebuild request has been started.Â
Pending:Â
The new index rebuild request has been received by the system and is marked for processing.Â
Processing:
The data feed is currently being indexed.Â
Queue:Â
The data feed files are processed and are queued to be indexed by the server.
Duplicated:Â
This happens when an index is triggered while another is still processing or queued and has not completed.Â
Error:Â
The index has failed for a particular reason. The most common reasons are:Â
An empty file is sent to be indexes
The contents of the data feed file(s) do not match the information in the manifest (Timestamp) file e.g., correct timestamps aren’t specified, or the correct number of lines for each file in the feed is absent/incorrect.
A mandatory field is empty
