In this article you will find:

Top 250 Facets

This report shows you the Top 250 Facets that are currently being used on the site for a specified time range. Using this Report you can determine the top filters being used on the site and then order them in appropriate order on the site. You are also able to see the most commonly selected value on the filter in addition to the filter itself.
For example, you might realize that out of the top facets being used on the site the brand facet appears at least three times on the list and you can also see the top 3 values selected for this facet.
This report, in conjunction with the facet screen which shows the popularity of facets on your site, can be used to determine the ordering of facets as well as choosing to add content items or campaigns around the specific values of these facets.

Additionally, you can select the option for "other" and then specify your own customized campaign. This last option is helpful for creating reports organized around time sensitive campaigns.
2) You are able to customize the look of any donut chart by adjusting the donut radius. The larger the percentage you choose, the larger the hole will appear on your chart.

4) Choose how you would like to view the chart from the two options, donut or pie. They are functionally the same, but the donut chart provides a different graphical representation by including a hole in the middle.
5) Then, choose a color theme to best suit your taste. These choices allow you to add different color schemes to your reports, making them more attractive and professional to your liking.
6) Select a height for your chart from the preset values.
7) Then, select how you would like your labels to be displayed. The options are to display them inside the chart, outside the chart or disable any labels.
