Top 250 Landing Page Facets Report

This report will provide your top 250 most used facets on specific landing pages and their count for a defined date range.


Navigating to the Top 250 Landing Page Facets Report

  1. To navigate to the Top 250 Landing Page Facets page, click on "Reports" from the top navigation bar.
  2. Click "Landing Pages" in the report type from the  top sub:navigation bar. 
  3. Next, select "Top 250 Landing Page Facets" from the Landing Page Reports home page.

Customizing the Top 250 Landing Page Facets Report

  1. Date Range: Select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop:down. Additionally, you can select the option for "other" and then specify a customized date campaign. This last option is helpful for creating reports organized around time sensitive campaigns.
  2. Label Style: Use the drop down menu to display labels inside the chart, outside the chart, or disable labels
  3. Width: Adjusting the width of the report, determines how wide your chart will be when it is rendered on the page.
  4. Landing Page URL: Narrow your reports focus to a specific URL (or URL's if separated by commas). 
  5. Color Theme: Style reports with different color schemes, making them more attractive and professional to your liking.
  6. Height: Select a chart height from the preset values.
  7. Chart Type: Specify donut or pie type. They are functionally the same, but the donut chart provides a different graphical representation by including a hole in the middle.
  8. Show Legend: Toggle the legend on/off and it's location. 
  9. Doughnut Radius (%): Adjust this to customize the look of any donut chart by adjusting the donut radius. The larger the percentage you choose, the larger the hole will appear on your chart.

Additional Options

  1. Refresh: Clicking the "Refresh" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications. 
  2. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.
  3. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.
  4. Add to Dashboard: Click this button to add a widget of this report to the Dashboard. You will have the options to add to any tabs that you have created on the Dashboard.

Understand Your Results

  • Page Name: the name of the landing page where facet is located
  • Landing Page URL: the URL address of the landing page
  • Facet Value: value within the facet that was selected by the user
  • Facet Name: name of facet that hold the value selected
  • Count: the number of times the value has been clicked on within the landing page facet
  • Item Click Count: number of items that are clicked on, in the search results, after this facet value was selected
