Content Item not showing in results

Problem

Content Item is not showing up in results.

Steps to troubleshoot

  1. Make sure you have a Campaign tied to the Content Item that is not expired:
  2. Click on the Campaign to confirm the Content Item setup does not exceed the Max Width:
  3. If you have multiple Content Items tied to the Campaign, check if the Weight value is setup to only show this a percentage of the time:
  4. Check the Display Triggers section - any conditions setup here will control when the Content Item is displayed:
  5. Depending on your User Interface method, review the documentation to make sure the proper div elements exist on the site end
