Indexing Status - Error

Steps to troubleshoot

Note: For a quick fix, if the previous index is correct you can swap the index.

 

  1. Make sure the data feeds exist and that the files are not empty

  2. Make sure the feeds were successfully placed onto the data source (ftp/sftp/url)

  3. If you're sending a timestamp file, make sure this includes all of the file names and the correct counts (see Data Feed Requirements for more requirements)

  4. If the data looks correct, you can submit a ticket for our team to further troubleshoot
