Normalizing Casing of Facet Values through SIM

Prerequisites: This feature is enabled on the dashboard for all Hawksearch v4.0 clients who use SIM module. For Hawksearch v4.0L and Hawksearch v3.0 clients customizations are needed to enable this feature. Please contact our Client Success Directors team for more details.

We have added a new SIM functionality that allows to normalize casing within facet values. Eliminating data inconsistencies for facets has become even easier!
The data in feeds is imperfect, so we have added a new Conversion type normalizer option to handle various cases. This normalizer will allow to easily upper case or lower case each word within a facet value, help to normalize facet values within a facet, and make it more visually appealing.

This feature combined with a Regular Expression can also normalize a facet values and transform them similar to an example below (please note that this will require additional dashboard configuration):
