Problem

Boost/Bury Rule is not boosting/burying the items chosen. 

Steps to troubleshoot

  1. Make sure the rule doesn't have an expiration date:
  2. Check to see if the Boost Value is less/greater than zero: 
  3. Click on "Calculate & Show Matches" to see if there are any products that satisfy the conditions:
