Widgets Tracking - Daily Report

In this report, you can view impressions and clicks for Recommendation Widgets. This report shows a daily summary for a defined date range.

Navigating to the Widgets Tracking - Daily Home Page

1. To navigate to the Widgets Tracking -  Daily Report Page, click on "Reports" from the top navigation bar.
2. Click "Recommendations" in the report type from the  top sub-navigation bar. 
3.  Next, you can either select "Widgets Tracking - Daily Report" from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Widgets Tracking - Daily Report Home Page.

Customizing the Widgets Summary Report

1. Date: select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop-down. Additionally, you can select the option for "other" and then specify a customized date campaign. This last option is helpful for creating reports organized around time sensitive campaigns.
2. Search: Clicking the "Search" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications. 
3. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.
4. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.

Understanding Your Results

This report will provide some insights on the Recommendation Widgets and their performance. It allows you to see the click and impression count numbers along with CTR per widget at the daily level.

• Widget Name: Name of the Recommendation Widget. 
• Date
• Impressions: Number of times this Recommendation Widget was displayed to users.
• Clicks: Number of times users clicked on items in this Recommendation Widget.
• CTR: The click-through-rate, calculated by dividing the Click Count by the Impression Count – this represents the percentage of users that clicked on an item in the Recommendation Widget after seeing it.
