  • Hawksearch V4

    • Document parer configurations have been added to the HawkSearch Settings page. Below you will find a description of each of the new options.

      SitefinityNative
      This parser is the original version and will remain unchanged when selected.

      HawkSearchIFilter
      By utilizing the HawkSearch library, this parser option parses the content differently than the native parser. This could yield better results, especially in cases where the native parser returns a significant number of special characters.

      Both
      By selecting this option, both the Native parser and the HawkSearch library are utilized. The Native parser will store its content in the "content" field, while the HawkSearchIfilter parser will store its content in the "content_ifilter" field.

Please add the “content_ifilter” field to the additional fields section under the Search Index Settings for the connector to automatically create it.
