Issue 1: Feeds are Not getting refreshed

1. Login to Magento dashboard and navigate to System >> Configuration >> HawkSearch >. Datafeed Settings > Hit Generate Feeds button.
2. If you get an error that file is locked then ask the client to check Cron log for error details (this should be a folder on their end)
3. If no file is updated then that means the error is not getting to the error file. In this case, try deleting all feed files from the folder on their end and hit Generate feeds button again.
4. If it goes through fine then all good. If not, check with Magento developer.
5. Also, try clearing Cache in Magento, navigate to System >> Cache Management >> Flush Cache storage and Flush Magento Cache >> Try to Generate feeds again.
