Troubleshoot
Check if the website (site URL trying to install connector) has valid Xngage license.
Error: Basically on Xngage side, the License files are cached so they can validate it with public key and no one can modify it. This cause the validation error like above screenshot saying “ The Specified network password is not correct.”.
Resolution: This is a known issue if IIS is set up a particular way on a site. The certificate key that the stores running the website are not accessible as it’s trying to use user-profile key stores first and it’s not able to open it. This is needed to be fixed in Opti connector so we don’t ever look at user profile key stores and only look at machine level codes. This is patch in the connector that Xngage team needs to resolve.
Assigned it to Tyler from Xngage team on 9/28/2023 for fixing.
