This page gives you the option to enable a cookie that will indicate which strategy is returning each item within your recommendation zones from the front end. Enabling this cooking will only display the strategies within your browser. Users navigating your site from other locations will not see anything differently. This feature provides visibility into which strategies are returning which items in a Recommendation zone.

Navigating Configuration

1) Click on "Workbench" in top-navigation.

2) Choose "Recommendations" in left-navigation and select "Configuration" from the list of subcategories.

3) To enable this cookie on your browser, switch the toggle to "ON."

5) Visitor Targets allow you to specify if a visitor target should automatically enable to cookie. Make a selection from the pre-configured visitor targets and click the orange "Add" button.

5) Then, click "Save." Once you navigate to the preview or front-end url, you should see the cookie take effect.

Using the Cookie

1) Once this widget is enabled you will see icons indicating the strategy that is returning each item within the widget.

2) Hovering over the strategy icon will display the strategy name and any custom filters being applied.
