Did You Mean
When a low number of search results are returned for a given search term, this Hawksearch function suggests alternate search terms to the user that closely match the original search and that will yield a higher number of results.

1) To navigate to the Did You Mean/Auto Correct Administration page, click on the "Workbench" tab located in the top navigation.
2) Then, select "Keyword Search" from the left navigation and choose "Did You Mean" from the subcategories.

Editing Did You Mean
1) This setting allows the user to define the maximum number of Did You Mean matches that should return when Did You Mean / Auto Correct is enabled. The recommended value is 3. The allowed values are between 1 and 10.
2) This setting allows the user to define the minimum score a product must have in terms of the original searched term in order to be displayed as a "Did You Mean?" suggestion. The higher the selected value, the fewer the matches/suggestions. This value is set between 0.0 and 1.0 in increments of 0.1. The recommended value is 0.6.
3) This setting allows the user to define the threshold number of search results that will trigger Did You Mean / Auto Correct functionality. It will return additional search terms based on the number of products returned within the original search request. The feature will trigger when the number of search results is less than or equal to the threshold number. The recommended value is 8 results or less, but you have the capability to choose any value between 0 and 20.
Editing Auto Correct
This setting defines whether Auto Correct will be processed by the Hawksearch engine. When Auto Correct is enabled, Hawksearch will return the highest scored term as a search results page, when the original term results in 0 search results.
