Navigating to the Autocomplete Trending Items Clicks

Open

1. To navigate to the Autocomplete Trending Items Clicks, click on “Reports“ from the top navigation

2. Next, you can either select “Autocomplete Trending Items Clicks“ from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Autocomplete Trending Items Clicks report page.

Customizing the Autocomplete Trending Items Clicks

Open

1. Date Range: Select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop-down.

   1. --All--

   2. Last day

   3. Last 3 days

   4. Last Week

   5. Last 4 Weeks

   6. Last Month

   7. Last Year

   8. Other: Customized date range

Additional Options

1. Refresh: Clicking the "Refresh" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications. 

2. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.

3. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.

Understanding Your Report

1. Total Number of Clicks: The sum of the clicks in all the results that match the search criteria.

2. Pie Chart: The chart visually display the autocomplete trending items in a circular graph. The size of each slice corresponds to the proprotion of the total clicks that an item represnts.

3. Table: The table shows the number of times people clicked on an item.

   1. Item Id: Unique ID of the item that was clicked on

   2. Clicks: Number of times the item is clicked in autocomplete

4. Results Included: Control how many autocomplete trending items are displayed on one page by using the “Show“ pull down menu.
