Rules Report

This report can help you to easily find all the rules associate to an item and managing them accordingly.


Navigating to the Rules Report

  1. To navigate to the Rules Report, click on “Reports“ from the top navigation

  2. Next, you can either select “Rules Report“ from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Rules Report page.


Customizing the Rules Report

  1. Unique Identifier: Enter item’s unique id


Additional Options

  1. Refresh: Clicking the "Refresh" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications. 

  2. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.

  3. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.


Understanding Your Report

  1. Product Information: Item name and unique ID, this section can also be expended to see more detailed information about this item

  2. Table: The table shows what terms are getting corrected and what terms are showing other suggestions to users

    1. Rule Name: name of the rule

    2. Rule Type: type of the rule

    3. Global/Conditional: Shows whether the rule is global or conditional (in cases of boost/bury and visibility rules)

    4. Start Date: starting date if this is a timed rule

    5. End Date: ending date if this is a timed rule

    6. Tags: displays any tags that are stored with the rule
