The "Searches without Clicks Report" helps you analyze search result relevance and uncover content gaps by focusing on keywords with no clicks. By using this information to optimize search experience you can better cater to user needs, ultimately increasing user satisfaction.
Navigating to the Search Without Clicks
To navigate to the Search Without Clicks, click on “Reports“ from the top navigation
Next, you can either select “Search Without Clicks“ from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Search Without Clicks report page.
Customizing the Search Without Clicks
Date Range: Select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop-down.

Other: Customized date range
Keyword: Input the term that was searched that results in number of click that is set in # of Clicks filter
# of Clicks: Select the number of clicks that happens after a keyword is searched
Visitor Targets: Use the drop down menu to select any of your visitor targets to display and understand sorting methods for specific user types
Additional Options
Refresh:Â Clicking the "Refresh" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications.Â
Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.
Clear:Â The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.
Add to Dashboard: Click this button to add a widget of this report to the Dashboard. You will have the options to add to any tabs that you have created on the Dashboard
Understanding Your Report
Total Searches with Clicks: The sum of the searches with clicks in all the results that match the search criteria
Total Searches wtih No Clicks: The sum of the searches with no click in all the results that match the search criteria
Pie Chart: The chart visually display the searches with no clicks in a circular graph. The size of each slice corresponds to the proprotion of the keyword’s total searches that has no clicks.
Table: The table shows the number of times people clicked on an item.
Keyword: Keyword searched
# of Seraches with Clicks: Number of searches with click
# of Seraches with No Clicks: Number of searches with no click
Results Included: Control how many keywords are displayed on one page by using the “Show“ pull down menu.
